Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within several business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after several business days, please contact your bank or card provider first.

Sale items
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us at luxtrendi21@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
